*Under the programme rules, students who still have an ECTS load remaining after the mobility, that is, who will continue their studies upon returning from the traineeship activity, may take part in traineeship mobility. Accordingly, applications from students in graduate status for a "Recent Graduate Traineeship" will not be accepted.
*Students who wish to take part without a grant must indicate this request through the system at the time of application. Requests for participation without a grant submitted after the application by students who did not declare this during the application will not be taken into consideration.

***In order to receive priority, the student must submit a letter from the Ministry of Family and Social Policies stating that a protection, care or accommodation decision has been made in respect of them under Law No. 2828.
****Applied on a one-off basis only. If the student takes part in the mobility, it is not applied to their subsequent applications. If the student does not take part in the mobility, the additional points continue to be applied to their subsequent applications.
*****Traineeships involving one or more of the following activities are counted within this scope: digital marketing (e.g. social media management, web analytics), digital graphic, mechanical and architectural design; application, software and code or website development; installation, maintenance and management of IT systems and networks, cyber security, data analytics, data mining and visualisation; programming, robotics and artificial intelligence training. It is applied when a student who has already carried out a mobility applies again within the same study cycle.

- In the event that the total scores calculated taking all criteria into account are equal, priority is given to the student with the higher academic achievement grade; if the academic achievement grades are also equal, priority is given to the younger student.
- Students enrolled in a double major programme may apply for mobility from only one major within the same application period.
- Students are ranked by score within the relevant department/faculty, according to the quotas allocated to departments or faculties.
