Technology Transfer Office

The Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Technology Transfer Office (İZÜ TTO) was established in 2015 under the ISTKA Innovative Istanbul Financial Support Program with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the university and industry, enabling the commercialization of academic knowledge and contributing to the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Since 2015, İZÜ TTO has served as a bridge supporting the transformation of the research and development activities of academics and students into social benefit.

At İZÜ TTO, we guide our researchers in many areas, including project development, access to funding sources, protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, entrepreneurship support and industry collaborations, so that the scientific work carried out at our university can be turned into economic and social value. We also offer incubation activities and acceleration support to help the innovative ideas of our students and academics become commercialized and sustainable.

Our goal is to lead the emergence of solution-oriented, value-adding projects that support knowledge-based development and to transfer the expertise of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University to society as effectively as possible.
