The Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility programme enables students enrolled at our university to complete a traineeship at an organisation located in one of the Erasmus+ Programme Countries.
A traineeship activity enables the student to gain practical work experience in the vocational field in which they are studying. Within this scope, the student is expected to receive vocational training and/or gain work experience at the host institution.

Work, scientific research and projects carried out by students in order to complete or support their own scientific studies are not accepted as traineeship activities.
Work carried out under the supervision of an advisor by graduate students in the thesis stage, which earns credits but does not fall within the scope of a traineeship, is not considered a traineeship activity.
The European Commission has set the activity period for student traineeship mobility at a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months.
However, in order to enable more participants at our university to benefit from Erasmus+ mobility, the activity period eligible for funding has been limited to 65 days.
The traineeship activity must last at least 60 days.
In traineeship mobility, if the certificate of attendance shows that the beneficiary carried out the activity for less than 60 days, the activity is deemed invalid.
A student found on the certificate of attendance to have carried out the activity for less than 60 days must repay the entire grant received.
Students wishing to apply for Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility must obtain a Letter of Acceptance from an enterprise in a programme country where they will complete their mobility.
The Letter of Acceptance, to be prepared on the institution's letterhead, must include the following information:
The letter of acceptance must clearly state that a traineeship mobility activity (Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships) will be carried out.
