Admission Calendar

We strongly recommend that you complete the registration process as early as possible.

Delays in registration may lead to the following difficulties:

1. Students may have to wait for the foreign language proficiency/exemption exam, which is held only a limited number of times during the academic year. As a result, they may not be able to start language school on time.

2. Students may need to freeze their first semester. In this case, the student becomes an irregular student. Being an irregular student may lead to some academic difficulties (especially for students studying at the engineering faculty).

3. Student Dormitories: Male students can apply for dormitories between 17-28 August, and female students between 24-28 August. Students who complete their registration after these dates may not be able to apply for a dormitory, which may cause problems with accommodation. Please visit our official dormitory application page to apply for a dormitory: IYV Portal

4. Students who freeze their first semester must submit a petition to their department in order to be defined as a “pending active student”. Without this status, the student will not be able to apply for a residence permit.

Note: Although 30 November is the final registration date, students are strongly advised to complete their registration preferably before 7 September, the Spring Semester course registration date. Early registration will help you avoid possible delays and problems related to academic registration, language education, accommodation and residence permits. Do not wait until the final registration date to complete your registration. Please check our Admission Calendar regularly for any updates or changes Academic Calendar
