Erasmus+ Staff Mobility can be carried out with universities holding an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) in Programme Countries, as well as with universities in Partner Countries within the scope of Erasmus International Credit Mobility. In order to carry out Erasmus Teaching Mobility with universities in Partner Countries, our University must have an ongoing International Credit Mobility (KA-107) project funded by the National Agency.
In this way, staff members with a teaching load at our University may teach students at a higher education institution based in one of the Partner Countries that is our partner under an International Credit Mobility project, or carry out joint academic/educational activities related to teaching with the partner institution.
Participation in seminars and conferences is not supported within the scope of the activity.
All full-time tenured academic staff working at our University may benefit from teaching mobility.

Eligible Institutions
The host institution/organisation must meet one of the following conditions:
1- The host institution must be a Higher Education Institution based in a partner country
2-An Erasmus inter-institutional agreement must exist between the host higher education institution and Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
3- There must be an International Credit Mobility project approved by the National Agency.
Objectives of Teaching Mobility
To give students who are unable to take part in a mobility programme the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of academic staff from higher education institutions in different European countries,
To encourage the exchange of expertise and experience in pedagogical methods,
To support higher education institutions in broadening and enriching the range and content of the courses they offer,
To support the modernisation of universities in Partner Countries.
Teaching Requirement
Staff teaching mobility is a day-based activity and the grant is paid for the days on which teaching takes place. Academic staff selected for teaching mobility must deliver at least 8 hours of teaching at the host institution over 5 mobility days.
Minimum and Maximum Durations
The duration of staff teaching mobility is set at a minimum of 2 consecutive working days and a maximum of 2 months, excluding travel.
In accordance with our University's Erasmus+ Programme Implementation Directive, the duration of staff teaching mobility is limited to a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 5 days.
In staff teaching mobility, if the certificate of attendance shows that the beneficiary carried out the activity for less than 2 days, the activity is deemed invalid and no grant is paid to the beneficiary.
Staff found on the certificate of attendance to have carried out the activity for less than 2 days must repay the entire grant received.
