1. Turkish Citizen Students May Pay Their Tuition Fees Using the Following Methods;
The tuition fee amount can be found by entering the "Turkish ID Number" and "Surname" details into our University's Tuition Fee Payment and Enquiry System.
Advance Payment Discount:
Those who pay the entire 2025-2026 academic year graduate tuition fee in advance to the accounts registered in the name of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, namely the following Turkish lira IBAN accounts, by wire transfer, EFT or FAST, receive an advance payment discount of 10% (ten per cent).
No advance payment discount is applied if the tuition fee is paid in a single instalment by credit card or through the automatic collection system (OTS).
Important Note:For payments made by wire transfer, EFT or FAST, the student's "Turkish ID Number", "First Name" and "Surname" must be entered in the description field of the receipt.

Payment by Credit Card:
You can pay your tuition fee through the Tuition Fee Payment and Enquiry System using the credit cards whose features and instalment numbers are specified below. If the limit of the single credit card you use is not sufficient to pay the entire tuition fee, you may continue your payment for the remaining amounts with different credit cards. For cards other than those specified below, payments can only be made as a single charge.
· "World" (The bank offers a maximum of 2 instalmentsfor cards with the World feature.)
· "Bonus" (The bank offers a maximum of 6 instalmentsfor commercial cards. For personal cards, up to 12 instalments are available.)
· "Paraf"; credit cards with this feature, up to 12 instalments,
· "Maksimum"; credit cards with this feature, up to 12 instalments,
· "Ziraat Bankası Combo" credit cards with this feature allow you to pay in up to 12 instalments.
No fee is charged by the banks for the instalment process.
Payment through the Bank Automatic Collection System (up to 12 instalments with the Automatic Collection System (OTS)):
· Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank (Kuveyt Türk – instalment plans of up to 12 instalments can be arranged at all branches in Turkey.)
· Albaraka Türk Participation Bank (Albaraka Türk – instalment plans of up to 12 instalments can be arranged at all branches in Turkey and through internet and mobile banking.) OTS instalment plans via Albaraka Türk internet banking and the mobile branch
The bank may request an "Income Certificate" for instalment plans arranged through the OTS. In addition, transactions are carried out by the banks on an account basis, and no fee or difference is charged for these transactions.
2. International Students May Pay Their Tuition Fees Using the Following Methods;
The tuition fee amount can be found by entering the "Turkish ID Number/Passport Number" and "Surname" details into our University's Tuition Fee Payment and Enquiry System.
· International students enrolling in a thesis-based master's or doctoral programme may pay their tuition fees over the first four semesters and at the beginning of each semester, before the course selection dates and in a single transaction, in 4 (four) instalments.
· Students enrolling in non-thesis master's programmes may pay their tuition fees in 2 (two) instalments, each paid in a single transaction before the course selection dates, over the first two semesters and at the beginning of each semester.
Advance Payment: You may make your tuition fee payment in advance to the US Dollar account,
registered in the name of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University;

You may make the payment from the accounts with the IBAN numbers above. (Those who pay the entire graduate tuition fee in advance to Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University's following registered IBAN accounts by wire transfer or EFT receive an advance payment discount of 10% (ten per cent).

Important Notes:
1 - Please do not make transactions at ATMs so that your payment can be completed quickly and securely.
2 - It is not possible to pay the tuition fee to our University in cash in monthly instalments or by cheque or promissory note.
3 - Once you have completed your payment, please log in again to the Tuition Fee Payment and Enquiry System and make sure that your payment has been processed. If the tuition fee is not paid in full, either as a single charge or in instalments, enrolment renewal cannot take place.
4 - Scholarship and discount requests are not accepted after the enrolment dates or after the payment has been made.
5 -In order for the Sibling or Spouse Scholarship to be reflected in your tuition fee, please submit the documents proving that you are a sibling or spouse (full civil registry copy, photocopy of national ID card) in person to our University's Graduate Education Institute during the enrolment dates and before paying your tuition fee, or send these documents in PDF format by e-mail to enstitu_sekreterligi@izu.edu.tr.
