Department of Fine Arts Education

The Division of Music Education within the Department of Fine Arts Education at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University aims to train well-equipped and qualified teachers in the field of music teaching. By offering students both theoretical and practical training, our department provides a comprehensive educational programme aimed at training creative and productive music teachers suited to the needs of the age. Our graduates are qualified to work as music teachers in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education and in private educational institutions.

The main goal of the Division of Music Education is to equip its students with strong knowledge and skills in the field of music and to educate them as research-minded individuals open to innovation who can think critically and understand the importance of art and culture in social life. Our department also continuously develops its academic and technological infrastructure to support students' professional development and offers educational opportunities that will make them effective on national and international platforms.
