Important Note: The deadline for selected candidates to complete their mobility is 30.06.2025.
The start date for mobilities has been set as 3 February 2025.
Our staff may follow any updates to the application calendar on the web page of the İZÜ Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.
Applying staff members must have a B1 level of English and must obtain a letter of acceptance from the institution where they will receive training. If a Language Exam Result document is available, the exam result documents must be uploaded to the system. (Assessments will be made taking into account the 5-year validity requirement for YDS and YÖKDİL certificates. The validity period of other exam proficiency certificates is 2 years. When uploading the relevant language certificates to the system, they must be uploaded so that the verification codes are visible. Candidates without a language exam certificate must select the option "I would like to take the Erasmus+ Language Proficiency Exam" when applying."

Applications will be made through the Erasmus Application Portal. After logging in to the application system with your Turkish ID number and password (via e-Government), you can complete your application by uploading the required documents to the system. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated. The application link is shared below.

Grant Support

Travel Support

Erasmus+ Mobility without Grant Option
Staff may exercise this right by selecting the "Without Grant" option on the online form when applying, or by notifying the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office after the results have been announced.
Additional Grant for Participants with Special Needs (Inclusion Support)
For the mobility of staff with disabilities, an additional grant may be provided in line with their special needs. For detailed information, you may contact the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.

Grant Calculation
Staff selected for staff mobility will be given a 5-day grant and travel support.Calculation: 80% of the total of 5 x the daily grant amount of the destination country + the travel grant based on the distance in km calculated for the destination country will be paid before the mobility, and the remaining 20% will be paid after the mobility is completed and the certificate of attendance is submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.
