Staff training mobility is a field of activity that enables any staff member employed at a higher education institution holding an ECHE in Türkiye to receive training in one of the programme countries.
Within the scope of this activity, it is possible for the individual to receive various forms of training (such as on-the-job training or job shadowing) in order to develop the skills they have in areas related to their current work.
Attendance at conferences, however, cannot be supported within the scope of the activity.
All full-time permanent administrative and academic staff working at our University may benefit from training mobility. In training mobility, priority is given to employees in administrative positions.
