For an acceptance letter, you must contact İZÜ TÖMER at izutem@izu.edu.tr .
Documents required for the acceptance letter;
1- A photocopy of your passport,
2- Photograph (1 piece)
3- Receipt showing payment of the tuition fee for at least 2 levels
-The Acceptance Letter is sent by e-mail within 3 working days after the application procedures, or it may be collected in person from the İZÜ TÖMER office by the applicant.
-The student who receives the Acceptance Letter applies to the Turkish Consulate in their own country to obtain a "TURKISH LANGUAGE STUDY VISA".
-After the visa has been obtained, entry should be made no more than 10 days before the course start date. (Entering Türkiye too early or too late relative to the course start date causes problems with official procedures.)
-Immediately upon arrival in Türkiye (within the first three days), you must come to the İZÜ TÖMER office to complete your registration.
-If you entered Türkiye on a tourist visa, you must register for the courses within 30 days of your arrival in order to obtain a residence permit with your student certificate.
-Those already residing in Türkiye do not need to obtain an acceptance letter. They may register at İZÜ TÖMER with their registration documents.
