    • 2.1. Are you able to sign in at http://mail.izu.edu.tr?

    • 2.2. If your answer is yes, there is no problem with your account. You can continue from step 3.

  5. Teams Checks

  6. If the problem persists from this stage onwards, it is caused by your computer.

    • 3.1. For the Teams cache problem;

      • 3.1.1. Windows

        1. Close Teams completely. Right-click the icon in the taskbar and select “Quit”.

        2. Delete the following directories.

          1. “Microsoft Teams” under “C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\”

          2. “Teams” under “C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft”

        3. Reopen Teams

      • 3.1.2. For macOS

        1. Close Teams completely (CMD+Q)

        2. Delete the following directories.

          1. “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Application Cache/Cache”

          2. “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/blob_storage”

          3. “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache”

          4. “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/databases”

          5. “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/GPUCache”

          6. “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/IndexedDB”

          7. “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Local Storage”

          8. “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/tmp”

        3. Reopen Teams
