During the Mobility

The mobility must take place at the host institution and in the country from which the letter of acceptance was obtained.

The traineeship activity must be carried out without interruption. For this reason;

The country in which the traineeship is carried out must not be left during the mobility period. (Holidays excepted.)

The traineeship placement cannot be changed during the mobility period.

Learning Agreement for Traineeships
(Learning Agreement for Tranieeships - During Mobility)

If there has been any change to the traineeship activities determined before the mobility, the During Mobility section of the Learning Agreement for Traineeships must be completed. (Learning Agreement for Traineeship - During Mobility).

If there has been no change to the traineeship activities determined before the mobility, this section does not need to be completed.

Any changes made must be signed and approved by the student, the Departmental Erasmus Coordinator and the authorised representative of the host institution.

The approved document must be submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordinatorship.
   

Learning Agreement for Traineeships
(Learning Agreement for Tranieeships - After Mobility)

The Learning Agreement After Mobility must be completed during the final week of the mobility.

The Learning Agreement for Traineeships After Mobility;

  • must state the exact start and end dates of the traineeship in the format dd/mm/yyyy - dd/mm/yyyy.
  • must state the subject of the traineeship, e.g. "Human Resources Traineeship".
  • must include the "Traineeship Programme" carried out during the traineeship. If there has been no change to the programme determined before the mobility, the programme given in the learning agreement completed before the mobility must be entered exactly as it is.
  • The section on the skills and competences acquired as a result of the traineeship must be completed. If there has been no change to the section determined before the mobility, the section given in the learning agreement completed before the mobility must be entered exactly as it is.
  • In the Evaluation of Trainee section, the authorised person at the institution where you carried out your traineeship must evaluate the trainee. It must be stated that the traineeship was completed successfully.
  • It must bear a wet signature and a seal/stamp.

Certificate of Attendance

At the end of the mobility, the student must obtain a Certificate of Attendance from the host institution confirming that the Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility was completed successfully.

  • The Certificate of Attendance must state the actual start and end dates of the mobility.
  • In the event of an early return, the return date must be stated on the certificate of attendance.
  • The Certificate of Attendance must bear the wet signature and seal/stamp of the authorised representative of the host institution.
