Staff Training Mobility Evaluation Criteria

Erasmus+ Zero-Grant Mobility Option
Staff may exercise this right by selecting the "Without Grant" option on the online form when applying, or by notifying the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office after the results have been announced.
Additional Grant Opportunity for Persons with Special Needs
For the mobility of staff with disabilities, an additional grant may be provided in line with their special needs. For detailed information, you may contact the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.

Grant Calculation
Staff selected for staff mobility will be provided with 5 days of grant and travel support.
Calculation: 80% of the total of 5 x the daily grant amount for the destination country + the travel grant awarded according to the distance in km calculated for the destination country will be paid before the mobility, and the remaining 20% will be paid after the mobility is completed and the certificate of attendance has been submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.
