Course Objective

The seminar course given in master's and doctoral programs prepares students to contribute to the current and educational process related to a subject or thesis subject which is dominated by the student and prepares them in accordance with the methods of scientific research and develops the ability to speak, narrate, discuss and communicate in the group. This course is compulsory for MS / PhD students. The seminar course has to be achieved before the thesis work.

Course Content

Research questionnaire development, resource browsing, research method and theoretical framework determination and application. Preparing for academic research and writing thesis.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. İlgili literatürü ve araştırmaları takip etme, sonuçlarını değerlendirebilme ve kendiuygulamalarında bu bilgilerden yararlanabilme.
  2. To learn how to write a scientific text in a practical way in accordance with the information learned by the researcher in scientific research methods and statistics lessons and gain competence in putting a study at the end of semester registered in seminar course.
