Course Objective
A seminar class is based on discussion and lead by students. Basically, this course provides students with the opportunity to think out loud with their colleagues and the class instructor with regard to their intended thesis. Professional academic discussions may only lead to improving students' research ideas; therefore, all students are expected to be actively engaged. To ensure student engagement, each week, following the second week, each student is expected to present their preliminary research proposals, and after that present a final draft of their intended research proposal.
