Course Objective

Emphasizes the importance of quality in terms of competition in the context of today's changing conditions and provides an infrastructure for students about quality awareness and techniques.
Understands the issues related to quality management and quality management systems.

 

Course Content

The historical development of quality and total quality and quality management will be discussed.
