(2019 KA-103) 2021-2022 Term Traineeship Mobility Quotas

In line with the budget allocated to our University by the Turkish National Agency for the Erasmus+ student traineeship mobility activity under the Erasmus+ Project with contract number 2020-1-TR01-KA103-081311, the total principal grant quotas have been determined by academic unit as shown in the table below.

In line with the budget allocated to our University by the Turkish National Agency for the Erasmus+ student traineeship mobility activity under the Erasmus+ Project with contract number 2019-1-TR01-KA103-064111, the total principal grant quotas have been determined by academic unit as shown in the table below.

In line with the budget allocated to our University by the Turkish National Agency for the Erasmus+ student traineeship mobility activity under the Erasmus+ Project with contract number 2018-1-TR01-KA103-051573, the total principal grant quotas have been determined by academic unit as shown in the table below.

By its decision numbered 2020/01 and dated 02.01.2020, the University Erasmus Commission decided that the quota distribution for the 2019-2020 Summer Term Traineeship Mobility applications would be carried out using the method below.

Reserve Quotas

At the end of the general evaluation, candidates who meet the minimum participation requirements (a grade point average of at least 2.20 for undergraduate and at least 2.50 for graduate programmes, and a foreign language score at B2 level) but who do not rank within the principal grant quota of the relevant faculty/institute/department/programme will be placed on the reserve list within that faculty/institute/department/programme according to their general evaluation scores.

Distribution of Principal Quotas within the Faculty / Institute

After the selection, candidates on the reserve list of the relevant faculty/institute/department/programme will be granted funding according to their general evaluation scores in place of candidates who waive their right to be selected with a principal grant within that faculty/institute.

Non-Use of the Faculty / Institute Quota

If the quota allocated to the relevant faculty/institute is not used in full, the remaining quotas will be granted to the candidate with the highest general evaluation score among the students on the reserve lists of the other faculties/institutes.

By its decision numbered 2018/05 and dated 02.11.2018, the University Erasmus Commission decided that the quota distribution for the 2018-2019 Summer Term Traineeship Mobility applications would be carried out using the method below.
