  • The relevant call for applications must be read carefully before applying.
  • The eligibility of the dates for benefiting from the activity stated in the application announcement must be checked.
  • The online application form must be completed in full.
  • A photograph must be attached to the application form.
  • A currently dated electronically signed transcript must be requested from the Student Affairs Office and uploaded to the application system as a PDF.
  • Students enrolled in graduate programmes who do not yet have a grade point average must obtain a document from the Institute Secretariat certifying that no grade point average has been formed. In addition, they must upload to the application system the document showing the graduation grade point average of the previous level of study obtained via e-Government, together with the transcript received at the previous level of study.
  • If a Language Exam Result Document is available (the result documents of the TOEFL-IBT, TOEFL-CBT, TOEFL-PBT, YDS, YÖKDİL and IELTS exams whose equivalence is accepted by the University must be uploaded to the system. (YDS and YÖKDİL documents will be assessed subject to a 5-year validity requirement. The validity period of the other exam proficiency documents is 2 years.) The relevant language documents must be uploaded so that their verification codes are visible. Candidates without a language exam document must select the option "I wish to take the Erasmus+ Language Proficiency Exam."
  • Students wishing to apply with their IZU Preparatory School Completion Grade must correctly enter their preparatory school completion grade at "B2" level into the system and upload a currently dated electronically signed transcript showing the preparatory school completion grade at "B2" level.
  • If the student has a disability, the disability certificate must be uploaded to the system.
  • If the student is the child of a martyr or a veteran, the document proving this must be uploaded to the system.
  • If the student is covered by Social Services Law No. 2828 and a protection, care or shelter decision has been taken in their regard, they must upload to the system the letter from the Ministry of Family and Social Policies stating that a protection, care or shelter decision exists in their regard pursuant to Law No. 2828.
  • When making your preferences during the application, please research the university you select carefully. Make sure that the language of instruction is English. Almost all selected students are placed at their first choice. For this reason, the university listed as your first preference should be researched thoroughly.
  • When applying, please consider carefully which semester you wish to take part in the mobility.
  • Once the application period has closed, no changes may be made to SEMESTER and UNIVERSITY preferences in the absence of force majeure.
  • If you are also applying for the Summer Term Traineeship Mobility within the same application period, selecting the Spring Semester option for Study Mobility will make things easier for you should you be selected for both mobilities.
