The 1832 Green Transformation in Industry 2025-3 Call Is Now Open for Applications

Within the scope of the call, pre-commercialization activities for prototypes obtained through previously conducted R&D work on companies' green transformation activities will be supported.
Within the scope of the World Bank-supported Türkiye Green Industry Project, coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the private sector's product or process development activities aimed at green transformation are supported by TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB. The 3rd period call of 2025 of the Green Transformation in Industry programme coded 1832 has been opened within the scope of the Repayable and Grant Support Programme for Industrial R&D Projects coded 1801, which was implemented for this purpose.
Within the scope of the call, pre-commercialization activities for prototypes obtained through previously conducted R&D work on companies' green transformation activities will be supported. Such work must be a continuation of R&D projects previously supported by TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB. In addition, R&D work that has not yet been commercialized and that companies have carried out with KOSGEB or other national or international funds and with their own resources is also within the scope of the call.
For an application to be accepted, the applicant organization must have at least one staff member with a bachelor's degree in a field related to the project subject, and the company must have a product at the prototype (TRL 5) stage that has not yet been commercialized.
Both SMEs and large-scale organizations may apply to the call, and joint applications are also possible. Prototype development or improvement, validation and certification tests, on-site implementation, scale-up, demonstration and field trials covering TRL 5-9 are within the scope of the call. Interest-free repayable support will be provided to joint stock companies, with at most 50% to be repaid. The support rate is 70% for large-scale companies, 80% for SMEs and 90% for SMEs in the earthquake region. A portion of the support to be repaid may be converted into grant support. Repayment of the support used will begin one year after the project ends.
In this call, unlike previous calls, the Letter of Reference amount and the Letter of Guarantee amount, previously requested at a rate of 50% of the repayable financing value, have been increased to 100%.
