2-Who Can Apply?

Having teaching duties in the programs and at the study level covered by the relevant Erasmus+ KA-171 project. (Islamic Economics and Finance)
3-How to Apply?

Applications will be made through the Turna Portal. After logging in to the application system with your Turkish ID number and password (via e-Devlet), you can complete your application by uploading the required documents to the system. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated. The application link is provided below.

Academic staff who document a YÖKDİL, YDS, TOEFL, IELTS or an equivalent exam result recognised by ÖSYM are awarded points as indicated in the adjacent table.

Alternatively, if staff members who completed their doctorate abroad do not hold a valid foreign language certificate, their Foreign Language Score will be deemed to fall within the 81-90 band and +8 points will be added to their score.

In the event of a tie in the ranking, the following priorities are applied in order until the tie is broken.

Staff members who have documented their language proficiency.

Staff members with longer service at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. 

*Priority is given, when they apply for Erasmus staff mobility, to combat veterans and their spouses and children, to the spouses and children of war martyrs, as well as, pursuant to Article 21 of the Anti-Terror Law No. 3713 dated 12/4/1991, to the spouses and children of "public officials who, while performing their duties at home or abroad, or even after their status has ended, have been wounded, disabled, died or been killed as a result of terrorist acts committed because of the performance of those duties", and, pursuant to Article 7 of Decree Law No. 667 dated 23 July 2016, to the spouses and children of those who lost their lives as a result of the coup attempt and terrorist act of 15/07/2016 and the acts that were a continuation thereof, or to civilians disabled by those events and to their spouses and children.

Grant Calculation

Staff members selected for staff mobility will be granted 7 days of grant and travel support (covering the 5-day mobility plus travel days, 1 day before and 1 day after).

Calculation: 7 x the daily grant amount for the destination country + the travel grant awarded according to the km value calculated for the destination country; 80% of this total will be paid before the mobility and the remaining 20% after the mobility is completed and the certificate of attendance has been submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.

Erasmus+ Mobility without Grant Option

Staff may exercise this right by selecting the "Without Grant" option on the online form when applying, or by notifying the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office after the results have been announced.

Additional Grant Opportunity for Persons with Special Needs

Staff members with disabilities may receive an additional grant for their mobility according to their specific needs. For detailed information, please contact the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.
