OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY - NON THESIS

It consists of ten courses (3 hours per week) and master's project work (Total 90 ECTS). The normal duration of this program is 2 semesters, the maximum duration is 3 semesters.

Non-Thesis Master's Graduates are directly entitled to take the "B" class exam within the Specialization Exams opened by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

They will have a master's degree.

-All Engineering Faculties, Architects, Technical Education Graduates, Physics, Chemistry or Biology graduates from the Faculties of Arts and Sciences and have a C, B, or A Class OHS Specialization certificate from the MoLSS, (Applications are not accepted outside of these programs.)

-To get at least 55 points from ALES (SAY-point type),

-The courses of this program are given at the Halkalı Campus of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. In case of a sufficient number of applications, courses can also be given at the Altunizade campus.

The non-thesis master's program consists of 10 30-hour courses and a master's project (total 90 ECTS). The minimum number of credits required to graduate from the non-thesis master's program is 30. Except for the Master's Project course, each compulsory and elective course is three credits. To complete the program, the student must complete at least 4 compulsory courses of 12 credits and six elective courses of at least 18 credits. To complete the program, the successful completion of 30 credits and a non-credit master's project course is required. Elective courses excluding at least 12 credits of compulsory courses can be selected from the elective courses to be offered during the semester.

 A student who has completed at least one semester in a graduate program at the university or another higher education institution can be admitted to the University's graduate programs through undergraduate transfer within the framework of the relevant legislation and the principles determined by the institute board of directors.

 The principles regarding the transfer between thesis and non-thesis graduate programs are determined by the institute board of directors.

Students who graduate from this program, Occupational Safety Specialists' Duties, Authorities, Responsibilities and Training in accordance with the Regulation, undergraduate graduates of the T.R. They are entitled to directly enter the Occupational Safety Specialist "Class B" certification exam opened by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
