Course Objective
The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic movement skills of bodybuilding, mental training techniques used in bodybuilding, and the skills to apply personalized training programs.
Course Content
The course content covers training information and bodybuilding, exercise physiology and anatomy, weight and conditioning training methods in bodybuilding, bodybuilding competition rules, methods for developing flexibility, mobility and balance skills, nutrition principles for bodybuilding athletes, training planning and periodization, and competition preparation stages.
