Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach students the basic techniques and concepts of rowing; to provide them with the skills of balance on the water, teamwork, physical coordination and safe sports.

Course Content

Developing rowing knowledge and skills, training athletes in light of scientific data, and providing training planning and implementation skills.
