Course Objective

The aim of lesson; The aim is to provide students with the skills to apply the defense and kick combinations of the boxing branch with the correct technique.

Course Content

Course content; It covers the historical development of the boxing branch, basic concepts, competition rules and scoring, guarding, defense techniques, striking techniques and striking combinations.
