Course Objective
The goal of this course is to enhance students' performance by building on the basic techniques learned in Figure Skating I with more advanced figure, speed, and balance skills. Competition rules and safety precautions for figure skating are also detailed.
Course Content
Advanced figures, turning techniques, speed development exercises, balance and coordination studies, competition rules, equipment use and safety precautions.
