Course Objective
This course; essential nutrients; The functions of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals and water in the organism, their effects on physical performance, principles of nutrition before, during and after the competition, teaching of weight control in nutrition and exercise according to age, gender and disease states, the importance of exercise, its relationship with health and diseases, body It aims to learn its composition and measurement techniques, Supporting nutrition and recovery in sports injuries, nutrition in various sports branches, energy needs, sources and nutrition of athletes in special cases, nutritional characteristics according to sports branches, calculation methods of energy and nutrients specific to athletes, nutrition recommendations for professional sports athletes.
