Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the fundamental theories of motor learning and performance and to enable the application of this knowledge to sports and physical education practices.

Course Content

Effective concepts in skill teaching, skill types, methods used in teaching skills, information and its types, motivation and activation, transfer of skills, maintenance of skills.
