Course Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the main topics of sports psychology, the concepts of the basic functions of sports psychology in connection with the psychological interventions used to increase performance and the psychological problems that hinder sports performance.
Course Content
Defining exercise and sports psychology, knowing research methods, explaining the roles and responsibilities of the sports psychologist, knowing the psychological dimension of motivation, anxiety, attention, personality, children and sports, explaining the relationship between gender and sports.
