Course Objective
The aim of the course is to teach education and the organizational structure of the education system, its legislation, problems encountered in schools that require social work intervention, the conceptual framework of school social work, the functions of social workers in schools and social work intervention focused on students, teachers and families.

The course covers education and the organizational structure of the education system, its legislation, problems encountered in schools that require social work intervention, the conceptual framework of school social work, the functions of social workers in schools, student-, teacher- and family-oriented social work intervention, etc. It is planned to cover the topics with a generalist social work approach and to present case studies.
