Course Objective

To understand the disability issue on the interdisciplinary basis in the social work perspective

Course Content

After learning the disability issue in concept and family level, approaches in the historical context will be discussed and disability in terms of education, employment, care, accessibility and social assistance will be examined. Ultimately, some obstacles will be discussed in terms of social disadvantage.
