Course Objective
The aim of the course is to examine the principle of legality in criminal and criminal procedure law from all aspects.
Course Content
The content of the course is the theoretical explanation of the principle of legality in crime and punishment, its historical development, its elements, its results in terms of lawmaker and practice, its interpretation and comparison in criminal and criminal procedure.
