Course Objective
To understand the meaning of this theory which is one of the theories put forward in the field of criminal law, to understand its theoretical and practical effects, to understand its positive and negative aspects, to compare with the modern criminal law and philosophy of law.
Course Content
The place of this theory within the criminal law, terorism against the principles such as terrorism which is a legal problem in the international field, violation of human rights and the indispensability of human rights
