Course Objective
To convey to the student the form of vertical dialogue between Turkish administrative jurisdictions and the ECHR and the effect of the ECtHR rulings on Turkish administrative law.
Course Content
Human rights and procedural rights and the ECHR case law on these rights in the trial process before the court.
