Course Objective
To give comparative information about the emergence and historical development of the Constitutional Court and its application in our country.
Course Content
The legitimacy of the Constitutional Court, its historical development, the duties and authorities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey, the norms which are not subject to the Constitutional Court's supervision, the scope of the supervision, the forms of the Supreme Court's decisions and the judicial procedure.
