Course Objective

The discovery of the material fact, which is the purpose of the criminal proceedings, takes place at the trial phase. This phase is therefore at the center of the criminal proceedings.

Course Content

In this course, before the trial, preparation of the trial, the introduction of the evidence and the issues of judgement are discussed.
