Course Objective
Everything can be evidence in criminal proceedings where the material facts are searched. It's called evidence-free. This will cover what is meant by the liberty of the evidence, which principles are followed when obtaining and evaluating the evidence.
Course Content
The course constitutes defendants' explanations, witness accounts, municipal evidences and evidence bans from the means of proof.
Course Learning Outcomes
- In the course of the lesson, the witnesses will be recruited, the defendants' statements are in judgment, the evidence in the field of knowledge will be learned from the point of view of proof.
