Course Objective
The aim is to have knowledge of the learner's development in the Turkish legal system and the development and interaction of Criminal Law in Europe and the effects of the acts of criminalization in criminal law
Course Content
In this course, the relationship between Turkish criminal law and comparative criminal law is examined.
