Course Objective

It is a public law course on the new methods pursued in the policy of punishment.

Course Content

Within the scope of the course, the basic principles of crime law, the rule of law state, the principles of imperfection and humanism are emphasized.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. The boundaries of state intervention in combating crime and guilt are identified.
  2. It is emphasized that the punishment for the offenses should be compatible with human honor.
