Course Objective
The aim of this course is; which is an obligation that must be fulfilled so that students can earn a master's degree in public law with the expertise and accumulation they have gained during their master's studies. The aim of "thesis" in the education of Master of Public Law; to gain the ability of the student to conduct research in the field of law and to contribute his research to the literature with reference to the scientific literature. The student is enrolled in two courses in order to meet the requirements and completes a total of 60 ECTS credits.
Course Content
Students write a thesis on current theories and issues of public law in the guidance of thesis advisors. It is the responsibility of the student to find a suitable subject and the student will draft a research proposal after approval by the thesis advisor. It is necessary to develop an analysis of the term project, which in theory takes root and uses scientific research techniques. The thesis must meet the format requirements in the Thesis Preparation Guide.
