Course Objective

The aim of strategic management course, strategy; Vision, mission, policy and tactics to understand the enterprise's resources and talents as well as the types of decisions and decisions to be made about the future by analyzing the environment in which the enterprise is operating and the environment in which it operates.

Course Content

Management and strategy concept, health business and strategy, strategy- structure- business functions relation, mission, vision, policy, general industry environment, environmental analysis, ability and value analysis, basic and sub-strategies, corporate-business-unit strategies, implementation of strategies, strategic control, case study.
