Course Objective
The main aim of the course is to learn the philosophical, psychological and empirical bases on which cognitive-behavioral therapies are based, how these are reflected in practice, the results of evidince based outcomes on CBT applications, and the techniques applied in different psychopathologies. It is also aimed to acquire the ability to formulate and write a report on a case from a cognitive-behavioral therapy perspective.
Course Content
Topics covered through the course are CBT case formulations, techniques used in different psychopathologies, how a structured standard CBT therapy is conducted, and what to do in difficult cases.

- Öğrenci, BDT seanslarını temel ilkelere uygun biçimde yapılandırabilir.
- Öğrenci, bilişsel ve davranışsal teknikleri vaka formülasyonuna uygun biçimde seçebilir.
- Öğrenci, farklı psikopatolojileri bilişsel-davranışçı model çerçevesinde değerlendirebilir.
- Öğrenci, terapi sürecindeki direnç ve karşı aktarım süreçlerini BDT açısından değerlendirebilir.
