Course Objective
This course aims to provide participants a broad knowledge and skillset on organizational behavior through an interdisciplinary perspective via fostering their know-how on the fields of organizational theory and organizational behavior. The course will also be providing valuable insights and implications on work-life and a basis for understanding strategic management. The course aims to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and efficacy for creating and developing organizational dynamics and processes and leadership practices that can create a competitive advantage for institutions by considering human attitudes and behaviors with their antecedents, consequences and processes.
Course Content
The course contains organizational behavior components such as leadership, organizational structure, climate, group and individual behavior in organizations, personality, values, motivation, conflict, power and political behavior and attitudes.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Being familiar with the contemporary Organizational Behavior related problems in business world and providing solutions for them.
- • comprehend roots of human behavior, perception, motivation, and interpersonal dynamics in organizations
- • Acquiring knowledge and efficacy on leadership, motivation, communication and interpersonal dynamics enables to understand and affect the behaviors and attitudes.
