Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide advanced theoretical and practical information to the students about the main issues of corporate finance such as capital budgeting, investment analysis, capital structure, effective market hypothesis and asset valuation.

Course Content

The aim of this course is to introduce students to the current business finance literature about capital structure, portfolio theory, asset valuation models, effective market hypothesis, behavioral finance, initial public offerings, market anomalies, company acquisitions and mergers.
