Course Objective

To give theoretical and practical information about consumer behavior. To provide the infrastructure for understanding the increasing power and importance of consumers in the markets.

Introduction to Consumer Behavior, External Factors, Internal Factors, Consumer Decision Making Process, Industrial Consumer Behavior

  1. Different consumer profiles are analyzed.
  2. Gain a managerial perspective on issues related to consumer behavior.
  3. The sub-dimensions of consumer behavior are examined.
  4. Consumer decision making processes are examined.
  5. Examine the phenomenon of consumption in different dimensions and compare different perspectives
