Course Objective
With the speed of change increasing day by day, innovations have started to be very short term and in the light of these developments, it has gained different dimensions every day. As a natural consequence of these events, it is vital to develop right practices against competition, and to develop correct practices against environment and reaction pressures. In this course, it is aimed to define the relationship between different organizational design models and techniques used in the organizational design process, organizational design, organizational size, technology, organizational culture, social and physical environment and to explain the relationship between resource, power and authority in the organization.

- To understand the similarities and differences between the customer structure and purchasing behavior in the inter-market market and the end-user markets
- Emphasize the importance of customer and partner relations in the inter-organizational market and teach the necessary elements for management
- To teach the basic characteristics of the products and services in the inter-organizational market and to discuss the planning of the marketing mix elements required for the management of these organizations
- To solve the marketing management knowledge necessary for the development and commercialization of industrial and technological innovations.
- Develops analytical thinking and analysis skills with concrete examples of organizational design.
- Analyze the organizational needs in the face of advances in competition and design the organization according to these needs
