TAR 208 - History of Turkish Control

To examine the History of Turkish Administration from its beginning to the present day and to understand the understanding of the Turkish administration system and the state. To ensure that students learn about how the Turkish state tradition, which has lasted thousands of years, is affected by what is experienced in the historical process and how it is shaped by going through what stages.

Persian-Sasani, Byzantine and Islam and other factors, which are administrative systems that they encountered in the old Turks, historical process and influenced Turks, are included in the course content. The administrative structure in the Caspians, Karahanians, Gazneians, Eyyubis, Memluks and Ilhanlı and Seljuks and management in the Ottoman Empire are included in the course. Then, the central and local government structures will be processed within the framework of the course according to the 1921 and 1924 Esasi laws.
