Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and competence to interpret topics such as metabolic reactions of biomolecules, water and electrolyte balance, the metabolic importance of enzymes, hormones, and metabolic changes during fasting and feeding in terms of nutrition and human health.
