Course Objective

It is aimed that the learners have knowledge about basic concepts in health law, rights of patients and health workers, criminal, legal and professional responsibilities, informed proclamation, processes leading to medical application errors, documentation and insurance systems.

Course Content

Basic Concepts in Health Law - Comparisons with Other Countries in Medical Practice Errors, Patient and Health Worker Rights Health Employee's Criminal Legal Professional and Administrative Responsibilities, Medical Practice - Contract Compliance with Law and Informed Consent in Medical Practice, Medical Intervention and Law Compliance - Laws -

  4. defines the legal relationship between the physician and the patient.
  5. analyzes the Act, and results physician´s fault.
