Course Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge, attitudes and application skills that will be necessary in nursing services management, which will enable them to provide evidence-based and quality care services in management and nursing services management in order to be able to perform activities related to effective nursing services management.
Course Content
This course covers the organization and organization of nursing services, health system, health policies and graduation, communication, time and meeting management, risk management, service management, problem solving and decision making, leadership, nursing care systems, performance evaluation, total quality management.
