Course Objective

The aim of this course is for students to; define the concept of culture; to become aware of the impact of culture on health-disease-religion and nutrition; take into account the cultural structure of the patient in planning nursing care; Knowing intercultural nursing models and explaining their goals; By collecting cultural data from the patient, it is possible to plan nursing care specific to the patient's culture.
